At BST Realty LLC, we are all about supporting one another. Our agents choose us because we make them feel like a part of the community. We have a tight-knit crew, and we also offer one-on-one training to get them started on a successful real estate path. It’s simple, when our agents thrive, so do we. And we genuinely care about one another. At the Keizer Office, there are regular meetings held for agents to come together and share ideas. It’s also just another way of building community.

Simply the Best Service for Our Team

Michael Kemry, Principal Broker, is the Keizer Office Manager. And, since he’s been on board, he has helped navigate and cultivate it. The proof is in the numbers. Within the last couple of years, our Keizer Office has more than quadrupled in sales. Now, that’s what we call growth. We use tried and true strategies to help train our agents as well as fine-tune and support seasoned ones. At the helm is Owner and Principal Broker, Lisa Santana, and she leads the way for more growth opportunities for agents, too. Supporting community is at the heart of what we do. It starts with making sure our team has access to all the tools and knowledge they need in order to provide simply the best service. It also branches out into other realms of the community.

If you have bought or sold a property with us, a portion of those proceeds has gone to supporting community services. We also are a proud affiliate of the Homes for Heroes Program. This program is focused on helping essential workers like health care professionals and teachers with saving some money on the purchase of a home. When you’re thinking of making a big decision like the buying or selling of a home, give us a call. We’ll be your advocate and support you at every point in your real estate journey.
