Hi, I’m Lisa Santana—Managing Principal Broker and Owner of BST Realty, LLC and BST Property Management LLC

 

For more than two decades, I’ve served Silverton, Keizer, and communities throughout the Willamette Valley, building my career on clarity, high standards, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism.

I am deeply invested in developing strong, confident, and ethical real estate professionals. As a truly hands-on Principal Broker, I stay actively involved in mentoring agents, reviewing contracts, managing risk, and solving real-world challenges.
