Time to brag on one of our own and give a huge shout out to Belgian Underground Brewing! One of our top agents Sheldon Lesire, along with being a Special Ed teacher here in Silverton, somehow manages to find time to brew some outstanding Beers!
Belgian Underground Beers is co-owned by Sheldon Lesire and Dale Coleman, who also happens to be Sheldon's Father- in- law. It is definitely a family business!
They started working on this project about 4 years ago, and received their licenses to operate in June of 2016.
"My favorite thing about running Belgian Underground is that we really are a “story-telling company” that happens to make beer, instead of the other way around. Neither of us are doing this business to support our families, so we aren’t squeezing quality out of our product to maintain a profit margin. The beers are fantastic, and we stay as close as possible to the original Belgian recipes and brewing methods." -Sheldon Lesire

Right now, they have their flagship beer, Armee Secrete (a Belgian-style golden strong ale) and Sabotage (a Belgian-styel IPA) available.
