As for the Homes for Heroes program, if you qualify, then it may help you save some money when purchasing your dream home. If you work with a real estate specialist, you may be able to save .007% of the purchase price when buying a home, and when selling your home you may be able to receive a .75% discount on the listing commission, That means, if you are purchasing a home at $300,000, then you could receive a $2,100 check in the mail after closing from Homes for Heroes. So, if you’re wanting to get that new home appliance or just like that extra money for you and your family, this may be a great option for you! And, you’re in luck! BST Realty LLC is one of the few affiliates located in the Willamette Valley with Homes for Heroes.
