Meet Angela Lopez! Angela is quite simply the best when it comes to real estate. At BST Realty LLC, we are so proud to have her as a part of the team. In fact, Angela is one of our top producing agents and was #1 in sales in 2020. That means she is good at closing deals for her clients. Angela brings her extensive experience in the lending industry along with her impeccable research and negotiation skills to help serve her clients in the best way possible. She loves being able to help her clients get to where they want to be.
Journey into Real Estate
Angela has expert knowledge of the lending process with 10 years of experience at a mortgage lending company. While working there, she learned about loan origination, underwriting, processing, and appraisal. This allows her to help her Buyers navigate and understand how loans work and the entire loan process! After the 2008 crash, Angela helped close 25+ offices in multiple states. This is when she realized that a career in real estate may be right for her. A career in real estate afforded her the flexibility to be with her family more and also to help people. And, Angela truly loves helping people.
Born Mentor
Angela loves being a resource for people. When it comes to her clients, she loves to be able to help first-time home Buyers better understand the entire process. For example, Angela helps her clients gain a better understanding of the loan process and appraisals. Angela is a born mentor, and she also uses this skill to help new agents at BST Realty LLC get better acquainted with what real estate is about. And, for that, we also appreciate her so much!
When Angela isn’t doing real estate, she’s spending time with her husband and two sons. She especially loves cheering on her sons at soccer, and one of her sons now plays soccer at Western Oregon University! Angela also enjoys photography and takes out her camera when she can to capture the beauty of the Willamette Valley.
