Happy Earth Day! Here’s to another year around the sun on this beautiful Earth! At BST Realty LLC, we have agents who understand green building and energy efficiency when it comes to homes. There are so many pathways to get to having a home that leaves a lighter footprint on our planet. Some may say that the “grass is always greener,” and with energy-efficient homes, that’s most likely the case. Because not only are you using less energy, but you are probably saving money in the long run.

Follow it up with thinking about the right insulation, which could help save you a pretty penny on energy bills. There are also programs out there such as the Energy Trust Program that may be able to help you out with your journey into living a more green and energy-efficient life.
