Meet Westfall Team Properties! Jay and Christina had worked in the restaurant service industry when both saw an opportunity to change course and pursue real estate. Real estate was always an area that interested them both and they both also liked the flexibility it offered them. The husband and wife team were actually in Kansas City at the time when they began their real estate careers. However, after some time they decided to return to Oregon since they are both from Oregon and have family and friends in the area.
Christina has roots in Silverton and Jay grew up in Eugene and Gold Beach. In other words, they are experts at knowing the Willamette Valley and beyond. Christina and Jay chose BST Realty LLC because they were looking for a brokerage that would support their team's efforts. It also felt more connected to the community.
